In Logo Tiki, the abstracted tiki form also incorporates elements of another national emblem, the fern, which becomes the simplified form of a rugby ball and the RWC 2011 Event Mark.  The combination of these three elements acknowledges both Rugby as the sport of the Nation and the cultural diversity of Aotearoa.
